Alongside my astrological practice, which includes influences from Western and Vedic traditions, I have completed the Integrative Trauma & Somatic Therapy Certificate Program through The Embody Lab, which informs the embodied dimension of my readings. When appropriate, I may weave in gentle embodiment practices, reflective prompts, or nervous system-informed approaches that support greater presence, integration, breaking outdated patterns, and cultivating self-awareness.
