✧ Tea Ritual ✧
Add 1–2 teaspoons per cup of freshly boiled water.
Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes.
Enjoy with the provided guided meditation. Keep a journal to record any insights, symbols, or dreams that arise.
✧ Yoni Steam Ritual ✧
Add 1–2 tablespoons of herbs to a bowl of hot water.
Cover and allow to steep for several minutes. Ensure the steam has cooled to a comfortable temperature before use.
Sit (squat) over the aromatic steam for 10–20 minutes as a ritual of relaxation, reflection, and for dreamwork. Listen to the guided meditation I created for this ritual to accompany you.
